
Sheraz M. Daya, MD, FACP, FACS, FRCS(Ed), FRCOphth, WCRS
Sheraz Daya is the Medical Director of Centre for Sight, a leading private ophthalmic facility in the United Kingdom. Recruited from New York in 1993, he served as Director and Consultant at the Corneoplastic Unit and Eye Bank at Queen Victoria Hospital, helping establish the service as an internationally recognized center for corneal surgery. An internationally respected ophthalmic surgeon and key opinion leader, Mr. Daya has been featured on The Ophthalmologist Power List of the world’s top 100 ophthalmic surgeons in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2026. He is the founding Chief Medical Editor of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Today and serves on multiple industry boards and scientific committees. A pioneer in stem cell transplantation, lamellar corneal surgery, and refractive techniques, he has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and received numerous honors, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology Senior Achievement Award and Lifetime Achievement Awards from the AAO and ISRS.

Daniel Elies, MD
Daniel Elies is an ophthalmologist specializing in refractive and complex cataract surgery, with expertise in advanced laser-assisted and lens-based techniques. He serves as Medical Director at the Institut de Microcirurgia Ocular (IMO) in Barcelona and as Associate Professor at the European School for Advanced Studies in Ophthalmology (ESASO) in Lugano. His clinical work focuses on the correction of refractive errors through phakic intraocular lenses, presbyopia-correcting procedures, and the management of complex anterior segment conditions. Damien Gatinel, MD, PhD
Damien Gatinel is a globally recognized leader in refractive and cataract surgery, with expertise in ocular optics and visual quality. He serves as Head of the Ophthalmology Department at the Rothschild Foundation Hospital in Paris and as Medical and Scientific Director of the Institut Laser Vision – Noémie de Rothschild. Holding dual doctorates in medicine and applied mathematics, Prof. Gatinel is widely recognized for advancing the understanding of corneal optics, wavefront analysis, and visual outcomes in refractive and lens-based surgery. An internationally sought-after speaker and prolific author, he has contributed extensively to peer-reviewed literature and ophthalmic education worldwide. Fernando Llovet, MD, PhD
Fernando Llovet is an ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery, presbyopia correction, and cataract surgery at Baviera clinics in Madrid and Valencia, Spain. He also serves as General Deputy Medical Director and is a co-founder of the company. Dr. Llovet earned his medical degree and doctorate in medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid, graduating with the highest honors. He has extensive experience in laser refractive procedures, including LASIK, LASEK, and PRK, as well as intraocular surgery involving monofocal, multifocal, and toric lenses.

Radhika Rampat, MD, MBBS BSc (hons) FRCOphth PCEO CertLRS FWCRS
Radhika Rampat, also known as the @EyefluencerRR, is a vision correction surgeon specializing in corneal transplantation, cataract, and refractive surgery, with particular expertise in premium intraocular lenses and complex anterior segment cases. She serves as an NHS Consultant at the Royal Free Hospital and Honorary Consultant at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, while also maintaining an active private practice in the United Kingdom. Dr. Rampat is recognized for her advanced surgical expertise, patient-centered approach, and focus on delivering strong visual outcomes in challenging cases. Gok Ratnarajan, BSc, FRCOphth, MD
Gok Ratnarajan is a Consultant Glaucoma, Cataract, and Anterior Segment Reconstructive Surgeon at the Queen Victoria Hospital Eye Unit and Eye Bank in East Grinstead, where he leads the glaucoma unit and serves as Director of the fellowship program. He is also co-founder of The Ü Clinic, providing specialist care to patients across Kent, Surrey, and Sussex. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Ratnarajan leads an active research unit focused on innovations in glaucoma and cataract surgery, patient quality-of-life outcomes, and optimization of care pathways. Recognized internationally for his research contributions, he has received numerous awards and authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications. He is also a frequent speaker at national and international ophthalmology meetings and continues to contribute to advancing ophthalmic care through clinical leadership, research, and education.

Tommaso Rossi, MD, FEBO
Tommaso Rossi is an ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon specializing in retinal surgery, medical retina, ocular trauma, and cataract surgery. He currently serves as Chief of Ophthalmology at IRCCS Fondazione Bietti in Rome, Italy, with responsibility for both surgical and research activities. Previously, he held Chief of Ophthalmology roles at IRCCS Policlinico San Martino and served in leading vitreoretinal surgery positions at major ophthalmic institutions across Italy. Dr. Rossi completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Medical Retina and Vitreoretinal Surgery at Columbia University–Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and Harkness Eye Institute in New York. He has performed more than 12,500 surgical procedures as first operator, including over 7,300 vitrectomies and 3,000 cataract procedures with IOL implantation.
